We confirm a clear price based on your space's size and features, then lock in a date that works for you. Regular cleanings start at $155 for a weekly, small-home visit; we also offer deep cleans, move-outs, and recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly slots — plus same-day service when our schedule allows. One-time cleanings are secured with a 50% deposit.

A team Victoria trains herself arrives on time and works from the same checklist every visit, using plant-based products. We're licensed, bonded, and insured up to $1 million. If anything's missed, just tell us and we'll come back to fix it. Pay by Venmo, Zelle, or card (cards add 4%).

How much does a cleaning cost, and how do I get a quote?
Regular cleanings start at $155 for a weekly visit to a small home. Your final price depends on your home's size, its features, and how often we clean, so we give you the exact price up front from a free, no-obligation quote before scheduling. See all our cleaning services.
What areas do you serve?

Do you require a deposit to book?
For one-time cleanings, yes — we ask for a 50% deposit at booking to confirm and secure your appointment, and the remaining balance is due when our crew arrives. You'll always know the full price from your free, no-obligation quote before anything is scheduled.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Call (503) 688-3694 or email us as early as you can. We ask for at least 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule — with that much notice there's no charge. With less than 72 hours' notice, a fee equal to 50% of the cleaning applies, since a late cancellation leaves a gap we usually can't fill. We'll always work with you to find a new day that fits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, and credit card. Venmo and Zelle have no added fee; credit-card payments include a 4% surcharge. Getting a quote is always free and carries no obligation. On a recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly plan, we'll set a simple payment routine when you book.
Is parking included?
No — parking fees aren't included in our price and are billed separately. Where parking is free at your home or building, there's nothing extra; where it's paid (a meter or garage), that cost is added to your total. Let us know your parking situation when you book so we can plan ahead.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes — we bring all our own supplies and equipment, so you don't need to provide anything. We use cordless high-efficiency vacuums and microfiber towels that are washed and sanitized before each cleaning, with plant-based, essential-oil products (Dr. Bronner's and similar) that are safe for your family and pets. Prefer we use a product you keep at home? Just tell us when you call.
Can you do a same-day cleaning?
Same-day service is available when we have an opening, so it's worth calling early in the day. Phone (503) 688-3694 between 9am and 5pm, Monday–Friday, and we'll tell you right away whether we can fit you in today. If not, we'll book the soonest date that works for both of us.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Victoria's Cleaning Services, LLC is licensed by the state, bonded, and insured up to $1 million in liability coverage, so your home, office, and belongings are protected on every visit. We're a woman-owned, locally owned business serving the Portland metro and Vancouver, WA since 2020, and references are available on request.
